You might be wondering why you're unable to assign a specific user role to one of your team members or external contact and getting the error, "Your account has reached the limit of (insert user role). Please update your (insert user role) addons."

This occurs when your current subscription has reached the available limit of the user roles.
How can you add extra users?
As an admin, you can go to Settings > Avaza Subscription > Manage Plan Addons > and click on the Edit text link next to the user role you would like to purchase/get additional licenses for.

In order to revise a user role, make sure to enter the 'revised' number in the input box. Essentially meaning, add the new total of that user role in the input box instead of the number of user roles you'd like, i.e. Existing user roles +/- Change = Revised column.
For example: Here you can see that the total existing number of timesheet users is 55. And you'd like to add '1'. Then you need to add the revised number as 55 + 1 = '56'.
