FAQ - Why are my timesheets not showing on the invoice?

If you find that your timesheets are not appearing on the invoices, it is important to verify the following data for each timesheet:

  1. Billable = True
    Ensure that the billable status for the timesheet is set to "True."

  2. Invoiced = False
    Check that the invoiced status is set to "False."

  3. Approval Status = 'Approved' or 'Auto-Approved'
    Confirm that the timesheet has been approved or auto-approved. Only approved timesheets are considered for invoicing.

You can run the Timesheet Details Report to verify these details. This report will provide comprehensive information about the status of each timesheet, including the billable, invoiced, and approval status. By reviewing this report, you can quickly identify any discrepancies or errors that may be causing the timesheets to be omitted from invoices.
