Corporations and government agencies use the Avisare system to search, vet and evaluate vendors for contract opportunities. The Avisare profile is designed to provide much more than just contact and payment information. It's designed to help vendors that sell services and complex products show robust information about their companies. And it's designed to help corporations have a research tool to discover new vendors.

Filling out a complete profile gives you the best chance of being discovered. Below are the different sections of the vendor public profile:

About

Includes a basic overview of information you filled out during registration:

  • Company description - 1-2 paragraph overview of what your company does

  • Company website - your website URL will be hyperlinked for easy access

  • Products & Services - add in your products & service offerings

  • Certifications - add your diversity, tech, and sustainability certifications

  • Company Highlights - awards you've won, special projects, culture quirks and any fun insights about your business)

  • Address - add both your company headquarters and your mailing address

Documents

Adding marketing material to your profile helps clients understand more about what you company can do. You can add many different types of collateral to the profile.

Case Studies

Adding case studies to your profile gives credibility to your business. The more case studies the better.

Contact

Add contact information for your key management contacts. You can add as many contacts as you want. This information will be viewed by any user of the Avisare system including small business vendors. Only include contact information that you are ok with sharing on the system.

Capabilities

Adding information in your capabilities section includes legal and financial information as well. It is important to keep this information updated. This critical information is key to getting you paid by any potential clients.

Clients

Including client references allows prospects to reach out to past clients whose contact information you provide on the system. Giving a brief description of the project you completed with these clients helps your prospects understand what to talk about.

You will receive notifications when companies have viewed your profile so be sure to keep all sections updated!
