How great would it be if prospective clients could automatically find you at the very moment they are searching for your potential service BEFORE they issue an RFP? That is exactly what our supplier network is intended to do - help your company be found by prospective customers when they are still in the research phase.

The best way to be found on our system is to add in your marketing material. The Avisare profile is designed to showcase companies that sell services and complex products in the best possible light to customers who are searching for what you have to offer. These clients use the supplier network as a research tool to discover new vendors and learn more about vendors they already know.

To maximize your chances of being found, you should take the time to add your company marketing material to the system. You can add many different types of collateral to the documents section of your profile.

Navigate to the "My Profile" section from the left-hand menu and click on "Documents." The number count next to the section header will display how many pieces of collateral have been added to that section. You can list up to 5 different documents to your profile.

Step 1: To add a new document, click the +add new document button and select the type of document you want to add.  There are many different types to choose from.

Step 2: Give your document a title that describes what it is about. The client will be able to see the type of document it is when they review your profile. You can also list the author of the content in the "By" section which is especially important for white papers, resumes, and portfolios.

Step 3: Adding an image to your document makes it more visually appealing and draws the client's attention when they are perusing your profile.

Step 4: Upload your attachment. We have many different files types to choose from including powerpoint, word documents, keynote presentations, PDFs, audio and movie files. All acceptable file formats are listed on the screen.

Step 5: Write a brief description which is a summary of your document. Your description will also be used in search results when clients are searching the network for related topics so it is important to write a good description that uses standard industry terms.

Now that your marketing material is added, you will receive notifications when clients are reviewing your documents. Click on the bell icon in the top right-hand corner to see all notifications.
