RFPs automatically change to "Closed" under "My Postings" after the Submission Deadline has passed. Awardee info can be added by going to "My Postings"

And then clicking on the 3 dots to the right of the submission deadline date on the relevant RFP

and selecting "Offline Activities"

to show this pop up:

From there you can enter the information requested and save it in the system.
