The UTA integration allows your fuel transactions to flow automatically into Avrios. You can set this up in two simple steps with the help of our Customer Service Team.
How it works:
Request credentials from UTA: Copy the email template below and send it to your UTA representative to receive your technical credentials (FTP).
Forward details to Avrios: Once you receive the credentials from UTA, please forward them to the Avrios Customer Service Team (via Mail: support@avrios.com or via the Chat function). We will then finalize the connection for you.
[🚩IMPORTANT] Please ensure that the invoices are provided in .UTA format (instead of .CSV) so that the system can process the data correctly.
Email Template for UTA:
Subject: Request for FTP credentials for data transfer – Customer ID: [Your Customer ID]
Dear UTA Team,
We would like to automatically import our fuel card transactions into our fleet management software, Avrios. To do this, we require FTP access.
Could you please provide the FTP credentials for our customer number [Number]?
Important: Please ensure that the invoice data is provided in .UTA format (not .CSV).
