Our Web Dashboard is the go-to tool for clinicians and managers to quickly review data - identifying patterns in antecedents and reviewing common responses. Clinicians, Behaviour Analysts, and Managers may find this tool useful when preparing for conversations with clients and staff, leading staff meetings, or writing reports.

How do I use the Web Dashboard?

1). Log into the web app and select "Dashboard" from the Side Menu

2). Select a participant and a date range

Get started by selecting the participant (client) you wish to review data for.

3). Use the heatmap to identify patterns in the data

The Heatmap section displays "the percentage of time spent in a state of strong emotion for each hour". This view is helpful for quickly identifying trends - such as certain times or days associated with stronger emotions.

4). Use the Notification Table to dig into details

Notes entered by clients and staff are visible in the Notification Table. This is helpful for adding context to the trends observed in your heatmap. From here you can identify common antecedents and responses.
