This exception indicates that the data file attempts to import a non-numeric character into a numeric field.
Download the exception report from the Import Summary page to identify which students have the Not a Valid Number exception.
Next, click source file to download your import, which contains the data from your SIS.
Once the source file is open, filter for the students from the exception report, or filter numeric fields to locate the non-numeric values. These non-numeric values will need to be removed by your IT team in subsequent files for these applicants to import without exception.
