Under the Account tab, you'll find basic user details such as First Name, Last Name, Email Address.
Note: If you have SIE integration you will see a Student ID field on this page. If you have SSO and SIE integration you will see StudentID and Username fields.
You can also view when the user last logged in and if they have a prospective student account.
Additionally, you can impersonate the user by selecting the 'Impersonate User' button.
On this tab you can also send the user a password reset link if needed.
You can choose to delete the user's account by selecting 'Delete User'.
Note: This action is permanent.
