If you need to change which member of your organization is the owner of your AWEbase account, you may do so by doing the following.
First, log in as the current owner. Then:
Click on the “Settings” button at the bottom left of the screen to reveal the settings panel.
Go to the “User Management” screen.
Click on the name of the current owner to bring up their account info.
Click the “Transfer Ownership” button to open the "Transfer Ownership" pop-up window.
Select the name of another user from the drop-down menu. (The user must have with the Admin role to be selected.)
Click the "Confirm" button to transfer ownership to the new user and close the window.
