For an easier import of your data, we have prepared instructions for export and preparation of data for the following tools:
Import data from Trello
First, you need to export your data from Trello. Please go here to see how to export the data.
☝️Important: Trello allows only Business Class clients to export data or alternatively install the Trello Chrome Extension.
Trello exports the data as a .csv file. You can open the .csv with excel, but all the data will be in one column. You can change that by performing the following steps:
Select the column with the data
Go to Data and Text to Columns
Select the option Delimited in the pop-up
Select the option comma and select finish
Data matching
The content will now be in different columns, from where you can copy the content to the awork import template. The field-mapping is the following:

Import data from Asana
First, you need to export your data from Asana. Asana gives you the option to export projects or the whole company (only for Enterprise customers). Please go here to see how to export the data.
Asana exports the data as a .csv file. You can open the .csv with excel, but all the data will be in one column. You can change that by performing the following steps:
Select the column with the data
Go to Data and Text to Columns
Select the option Delimited in the pop-up
Select the option comma and select finish
Data matching
The content will now be in different columns, from where you can copy the content to the awork import template. The field-mapping is the following:

First, you need to export your data from Monday. There are two options:

First, you need to export your data from Jira. To do so, go to the project, select Issues and filters, and click on advanced search. Now select Advanced Search. Afterward, an Export button should appear at the top right corner. Select the option Export Excel CSV (all fields) and download the .csv file.
You can open the .csv with excel, but all the data will be in one column. You can change that by performing the following steps:
Select the column with the data
Go to Data and Text to Columns
Select the option Delimited in the pop-up
Select the option comma and select finish
Data matching
The content will now be in different columns, from where you can copy the content to the awork import template. The field-mapping is the following:
