How to reactivate an inactive user on Axway support portal

Below is the procedure to fix an inactive user on Axway Support portal (support.axway.com)

An inactive user on Axway support portal cannot be activated by customer or Axway admin or even an Axway support representative or support manager.

To reactivate such user Axway must:

1-make sure customer admin is aware and ok to get user reactivated

2 ask receptionists to log a sales request to get the user reactivated

There is no other way, because reactivating would cause some data quality issue between support portal and Axway CRM
