An inactive user on Axway support portal cannot be activated by customer or Axway admin or even an Axway support representative or support manager.
To reactivate such user Axway must:
1-make sure customer admin is aware and ok to get user reactivated
2 ask receptionists to log a sales request to get the user reactivated
There is no other way, because reactivating would cause some data quality issue between support portal and Axway CRM
