Impossible to add a new SAC when default SAC has expired support

When trying to access support.axway.com and the default SAC has expired support, users are not able to modify their user settings

When trying to access support.axway.com and the default SAC has expired support, users are not able to modify their user settings (add a new SAC, change the default SAC).

This administrative issue cannot be solved by users themselves and someone from support needs to access the administration pages to do the changes.

Since customers facing this issue are unable to open support cases (t least by accessing the support website) such issue may be raised via chat.
