CSOS is a software developed by Axway however it is not sold or provided directly to pharmacists and other medical professionals by Axway. The CSOS services are generally provided by larger US healthcare major companies such as Kaiser Permanente, Cardinal Healthcare, etc.
Axway cannot directly support pharmacists instead these healthcare companies are the one to provide support and in the eventuality they cannot solve an issue, they then will contact Axway.
