Syncplicity will disable free Personal Edition accounts if there is no activity on the account in the past 90 days. We determine inactivity by reviewing the last login information. If there is no login activity on the account via online file browser, desktop client or the mobile client in the last 90 days, we deem the account as inactive. The password and account login would need to be reset to re-enable the account.
