Yes, you can manually add a bill through the app. You can also manually forward a copy of the bill to bill@ayla.app, and we'll add the bill for you.
To manually add a bill through the app, you must first Add a Service. Once a service is created, then you can add bills to that service. For example, you can add a service "car insurance", and add all car insurance bills under it.
How to Add a Service Manually
1. Click on the "+" button on the top right corner to add a service.
2. Select the service category and enter the supplier name. If your bill includes multiple services, simply tap and hold the icons to select multiple categories.
3. Once you've added a service, you'll be routed to the Service Settings page. Here, you can add multiple optional service details such as the Account Number, Address, Contract Expiry Date, and other settings that allow you to set how you'd like Ayla to manage this service.
You can mark the service as Auto Pay. By turning on Auto Pay, the bill will automatically get marked as paid on its due date.
You can also set your bill payment Reminders so Ayla can remind you of upcoming due dates when you need them.
The Recurring setting allows Ayla to automatically create recurring bills with the same settings you've set, allowing you to set and forget about adding bills again.
When you no longer need this service, simply turn on the "Add to Archive" toggle to remove this service from your home screen but keep a record of it in your Archive.
If any of these settings change in the future, you can always go back to the Service settings by tapping the gear icon at the top right corner of your service screen.
Once the settings have been set, you can tap save and move on to adding bills to this service.

3. Once you're done, you can tap "Add a Bill" and a bill will automatically get created applying the settings you've set for that service.
