Please note that we do not offer alteration reimbursements for standard size dresses, as these are returnable.
How to Request
To request an alteration reimbursement, please follow these instructions:
Go to "My Account" in your Azazie.com account
Under "Actions", click "Alteration Reimbursement" (Image 1)
Check the appropriate dress and click "Continue" (Image 2)
Fill out the Alteration Reimbursement application (Image 3)
Upload the photo of your receipt with the "Choose a File" button, and click "Submit"

After your application has been submitted, we will get to work on processing your refund back to your original form of payment.
If too much time has passed since your order arrived, we may need to refund you via check. We will be in touch if that happens.
