Gift cards are a popular way to share the joy of shopping at Azazie. This article provides a detailed overview of how to activate, use, and manage your Azazie gift cards, along with important information about refunds and restrictions.
Activating Your Gift Card
There are two simple methods to activate your Azazie gift card:
Click the "Redeem Code and shop now" button in the email you received.
Sign in to your Azazie account, navigate to "My Account," find "My Gift Cards," and enter the gift card code in the "Redeem a Gift Card" field (Image 1).

Using Your Gift Card
To use your gift card check the "My Gift Card Balance" box during checkout. The balance will be applied automatically, but you can uncheck this if you want to save it for later.
If the gift card balance does not cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance with PayPal or a credit/debit card.
Viewing Gift Card Details and Balance
To check your gift card details:
Log into your Azazie Account.
Go to "My Account" and find "My Gift Cards".
Here, you can view your current balance, transaction history, and when gift cards were added to your account.
Gift Card Setup & Design
Azazie offers a variety of designs for your gift card. While customization isn't available, you can choose from numerous options using the arrows on the side (Image 2). Keep in mind that we're unable to customize designs, but we have plenty for you to pick from!

When ordering your gift card you can:
Choose when you want the gift card to be delivered - it can be up to a year from the day of purchase. If you choose "now", the gift card will be sent within 5 minutes (Image 3).
Enter up to 10 email addresses (separated by a comma). Note that each person will receive the same message and amount.
If you'd like to send a personalized message or amount for each person, you'll need to add each gift card separately.

Gift Card Refunds
Refunds when purchasing with a gift card works in one of two ways:
If you purchased with a gift card, your refund will go to your Azazie Account Balance. It cannot be returned to any other payment method.
If you purchased with multiple payment methods, where your refund goes depends on the refund option you select.
If you select "Refund to your original payment method", the refund will go back to your card or PayPal first, up to the amount you paid with that method. Any remaining money will go to your Azazie Account Balance.
If you select "Refund to your Azazie Account Balance" all of the money will go to your Azazie Account Balance.
If you change your mind about how you want the refund processed, please let us know before you return the item. Once we have processed the return, we can't change it.
Gift Card Restrictions and Limitations
Gift cards can only be used and purchased in the United States.
You cannot use coupons or gift cards to buy more gift cards.
Once you buy a digital gift card, it cannot be returned or refunded.
The limit for each gift card is $1000 and you can buy up to 10 per day.
Gift Cards also cannot be used to order or purchase a try on dress
You can buy several gift cards for one person but not for multiple people.
If you send multiple gift cards at the same time, the message will be the same for all recipients.
