A quick reminder about sharing :

A plan can be shared in 3 different ways :

  • Specific sharing : you can assign it to 1 or more of your customers by name.

  • Generic sharing : it will then be accessible to either :

    • all your customers

    • the customer group(s) you specify

  • Sharing via a customer's calendar

Share a programme generically with all your customers

In the "Coaching" menu in your back office, click on "Programmes" and then on the sports programme of your choice. Select the "Generic for all my clients or groups" sharing type and tick the "Activate sharing" button.

Once activated, all your customers will have access to this generic program.

Share a programme with a group of customers

In the "Coaching" menu in your back office, click on "Programmes" and then on the sports programme of your choice. Select the "Generic for all my customers or groups" sharing type. You can then click on "+ Add a group" below and select the group(s) of your choice. Finally, tick the "Activate sharing" button.

Once activated, all customers in the group(s) will have access to this sports programme.

Share a programme for one or more specific customers

In the "Coaching" menu in your back office, click on "Programmes" and then on the programme of your choice. Select the "Specific (customers choice)" sharing type. Then click on "+ Add a client".

You can then search for customers by surname, first name and e-mail address.

Finally, click on the "Activate sharing" button.

Once activated, the customer(s) specified will automatically receive an email as well as a push notification on the app, informing them of the availability of this plan.

Delete sharing for a customer

As part of a personalised sports programme, you can stop sharing for a particular customer.

Go to your programme editor, in the "Client(s)" section, click on the "Actions" button opposite the client concerned, then on "Delete sharing".

Once this has been done, the customer will no longer be able to schedule the programme, but if they have already scheduled it, they will still have access to the programme on their app until it ends.

Sharing a programme via a customer's calendar

In the "Customers" menu in your back office, click on the calendar for the customer concerned.

You will then have access to its calendar. Click on "+ Add" on the day you want the plan to start, then on "Schedule a programme".

All your programmes will then be displayed. Select the programme you want and click on it to schedule it. There's also a search bar to help you find it more easily.

Once planned, the selected programme is displayed on the client's calendar, from where you can follow their workouts.

If you schedule a programme for a given day, when another programme is already scheduled for that period, the latter will be completely deleted from the client's calendar.
