How do I cancel my Azura subscription?

If you need to cancel your Azura subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Space Settings on the lefthand navigation:

    • Open your Azura dashboard and look for the lefthand navigation menu.

    • Click on "Space Settings" to access the settings page for your current space.

  2. Make sure you are viewing from the space that you want to cancel your organization's plan:

    • Verify that you are in the correct space for which you want to cancel the subscription.

    • If your organization has multiple spaces, ensure you are viewing the appropriate one before proceeding.

  3. It's important to note that by canceling your subscription, you are canceling it for the entire organization, not just a space. If you have multiple spaces as part of that organization's billing, all will lose access:

    • Understand that canceling your subscription will affect the entire organization.

    • All spaces under the organization's billing account will lose access to the paid features.

  4. Once you navigate to Space Settings, scroll down and click the button "Manage Billing":

    • In the Space Settings page, scroll down to find the "Manage Billing" button.

    • Click on this button to proceed to the billing management page.

  5. You'll see an option to cancel or downgrade your account:

    • On the billing management page, you will find options to either cancel or downgrade your subscription.

  6. Click the button to continue with your downgrade:

    • Select the option to cancel your subscription.

    • Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation and complete the process.
