If you need to downgrade your Azura subscription to the free plan, please follow these steps:
Navigate to Space Settings on the lefthand navigation:
Open your Azura dashboard and look for the lefthand navigation menu.
Click on "Space Settings" to access the settings page for your current space.
Make sure you are viewing from the space that you want to downgrade your organization's plan:
Verify that you are in the correct space for which you want to downgrade the subscription.
If your organization has multiple spaces, ensure you are viewing the appropriate one before proceeding.
It's important to note that by downgrading your subscription, you are downgrading it for the entire organization, not just a space. If you have multiple spaces as part of that organization's billing, all will lose access to premium features:
Understand that downgrading your subscription will affect the entire organization.
All spaces under the organization's billing account will lose access to premium features.
Once you navigate to Space Settings, scroll down and click the button "Manage Billing":
In the Space Settings page, scroll down to find the "Manage Billing" button.
Click on this button to proceed to the billing management page.
You'll see an option to cancel or downgrade your account:
On the billing management page, you will find options to either cancel or downgrade your subscription.
Click the button to continue with your downgrade:
Select the option to downgrade your subscription to the free plan.
Follow the prompts to confirm your downgrade and complete the process.
By following these steps, you can successfully downgrade your Azura subscription to the free plan. If you have any questions or need assistance during this process, please contact our support team for help.
