To invite clients or other users to join your space in Azura, follow these steps:
Under Space Settings from the left-hand navigation, click the "Members" tab:
Open your Azura dashboard and find the left-hand navigation menu.
Click on "Space Settings" and then select the "Members" tab.
You can have users join your space in one of three ways:
Share the invite link directly:
Copy the invite link provided and share it via email or embed it in your automations.
This method allows users to easily access the space through the link.
Send an invitation directly via email:
Use the email invitation option to send an invite directly to the user's email address.
This ensures they receive a direct invitation to join the space.
Share the unique space ID and key:
Provide the unique space ID and key to users who have already signed up for Azura.
This method is ideal for programs and spaces with user turnover, as it allows for secure, controlled access. Once a program ends, you can generate a new ID and key pair for future users, ensuring that only the intended participants have access.
