At Babonbo, we make direct bank payments to Providers. This is why we ask for your bank account number in the Provider Area. Once the transfer has been initiated, your payment should be available in your account in about 1 to 3 days (depending on your bank).
Payouts are made monthly and within the first week of the following month.
Q: Why haven’t I received my payment within the mentioned time?
A: We don’t have your bank account information! Please add it to the Provider Area here: https://www.babonbo.com/dashboard/bank
Q: My payout was smaller than expected. What happened?
A: Payouts are included in your month’s balance in which the rental period for a booking ENDS.
If you have a booking that spans two different months, you will only receive the payment in the month on the last day of the rental.
For example, if you have a rental that Starts on July 27th and ends on August 3rd, the payment made will be paid out to you for August during the first week of September.
