Currently within Backbone, you are are unable to have any hardcoded functionality to appear in in a different language such as the titles of different modules like Products or Components.
However, any text area field can be entered in the language of your choosing as demonstrated below,
We also recommend utilizing these plug-ins available for google chrome, found here.
If you are looking to have articles appear in a different language, you can simply toggle to see options for other languages in the top right corner of your screen.
