Your support system and care team are important parts of your health history, present, and future. Including them on Share Cards along with your health information is a great way to ensure everyone knows who to get in touch with and when.

To attach contacts to a Share Card:

First, make sure you’re in the right Backpack, and that you’ve created the provider contact you want to include. Then,

  1. Select Share Cards from the Main Menu.

  2. Pick the Share Card you’d like to add to and select Edit (or, create a new one).

  3. To add personal contacts, scroll down to the Contacts row, select it, and select the contacts you want to add. To add health care provider contact, scroll down to the Providers row, select it, and select the contacts you want to add. (Tip: You can add all saved personal contacts and/or provider contacts at once by selecting the circular button to the right of the Contacts/Providers row.)

  4. Select DONE on the top right.

Note: Remember, any contact details and comments you’ve added will be included on the Share Card.

To remove contacts from a Share Card:

First, make sure you’re in the right Backpack (this could be your own or for someone you care for). Then,

  1. Select Share Cards from the Main Menu.

  2. Pick the Share Card you’d like to remove from and select Edit (or, create a new one).

  3. To remove personal contacts, scroll down to the Contacts row, select it, and unselect the contacts you want to remove. To remove health care provider contacts, scroll down to the Providers row, select it, and unselect the contacts you want to remove. (Tip: You can remove all personal contacts and/or provider contacts at once by selecting the circular button to the right of the Contacts/Providers row.)

  4. Select DONE on the top right.
