Firstly, don’t panic! Although it doesn’t happen often on badi, there’s always a possibility that you’ll move into your new room and find it’s not what you were expecting.

We have a clear and transparent cancellation policy - if you booked the room based on certain characteristics or amenities that you later found to be inaccurate upon moving in, tell us! It’s important to tell us about any problems within the first 24 hours of the moving in day. It’s also important to send us evidence of the problem (any relevant documentation or photos etc.).  

Once you report an issue, our customer care team will look into it. They treat each issue reported on a case-by-case basis and will dedicate the following 24 hours to solving the problem.
