If you wish to cancel your physical album purchase, please message us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will not be able to process any cancellation requests made after 24 hours of placing the order, as your info will already have been delivered to the shipping company.

If you wish to cancel your order for a digital album purchase, please message us as soon as possible. Cancellation for digital album purchase is only available up to 7 days before the album release. Starting on August 30th, you will not be able to cancel your digital album purchase.
