All our ebike batteries are lithium-ion batteries. The awesome thing about lithium-ion batteries as compared to different old style batteries (lead-acid, nickel-metal hydride, etc.) is that lithium-ion batteries have little to no "memory effect." This means that you can charge your battery after each ride worry free. The battery has a smart BMS (Battery Management System) and our chargers automatically turn off when the battery is fully charged. Rest easy and feel free to charge your battery after each ride to provide you with the longest battery range on all your rides. So, charge on!!!
