Our motors are equipped with a walk assist mode feature.

The walk assist mode feature allows the motor to help engage and move your ebike. This feature is designed to be used when you are walking your ebike (with your hands on the handlebars and walking next to the bike), so that you have some assistance when walking your ebike and don't need to huff and puff and push without a little help 😉. The walk assist mode feature is especially helpful when walking your ebike up a hill.

Hold Down the Minus (-) button on your display to activate the walk mode assitance. You need to keep holding down the Minus (-) button until you are done wanting to use the walk assistance mode feature.

To turn off the walk mode assistance feature, stop holding down and let go of the Minus (-) button and the walk mode assistance will stop immediately.
