We are sorry to hear that you are having power issues! In an attempt to get you back up and riding here as soon as possible we are going to walk you through the main items to check in order to resolve a power loss issue below!
1) First confirm that the battery is fully seated and locked onto the mount: We know that this sounds silly however one of the main causes (and quickest issues to resolve) with regards to power issues is an improperly mounted or unlocked battery.
If you have questions about how to mount or lock your battery, you can simply click the battery type you have below in order to watch our videos showing how to lock, unlock and mount your specific battery:
2) Next confirm that the battery is turned on (if applicable): Instructions for how to turn on each battery by type are provided below.
Ultra Slim Shark: There is no On/ Off switch on this battery
Dolphin: To turn the battery On, the On button should be pressed down and be depressed when the battery is powered on. To turn the battery Off simply press the button again and the button will be flush with the exterior of the case again. (The photo below shows the Dolphin battery On with the button pressed in)
All others (Mini Shark, Jumbo Shark, Whale Shark): To turn the battery On, the side of the button with the line indication (-) should be pressed down. To turn the battery Off, the side of the button with the circle indication (o) should be pressed down. (The photo below shows the Mini Shark, Jumbo Shark, Whale Shark batteries in the Off position with the circle indication (o) pressed down.)
3) Next with the battery turned on (if applicable): Hold down the battery indication button to see if the lights light up. If any lights show, then there is most likely no issue with the battery. The colors are the same for all batteries 1 red is 25% and each of the 3 additional green lights are 25% adding up together to 100% charge which would be 1 red and 3 green lights.
Ultra Slim Shark: (The photo below shows the battery indication button.)
Dolphin: With the battery turned on (the photo below shows the battery indication button.)
All others (Mini Shark, Jumbo Shark, Whale Shark): With the battery turned on (the photo below shows the battery indication button.)
4) Now that you have checked the battery it is time to check the connections: While checking the connections remove the battery from your mount to prevent any chance of electrical flow when checking connections.
Connections:
Anderson connections: The Anderson connections should be plugged tightly together with the clip holding them in place as seen in the photo below.
