How to verify Baji account's personal information?

To ensure the maximum security of your account on Baji Live and to fully comply with the platform's policies, completing personal information verification is mandatory.

Please follow the steps outlined below to successfully complete the verification process for your Baji Live gaming account:

Step 1: Verify Your Phone Number

This step confirms your ownership of the registered phone number.

  1. In the "Profile" > "Personal Info" section, locate your registered phone number. If it is not verified, you will see an orange exclamation mark (!) next to it.

  2. Click the orange exclamation mark (!).

  3. The screen will display the message: 'Your phone number will receive a verification code via SMS.' Verify that your mobile number is correct, then click 'Continue.' In the following window, tap 'Send Code' to proceed.

  4. A six-digit OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered phone number via SMS or your registered WhatsApp number.

  5. Enter the 6-digit OTP in the designated field.

  6. Click the "Submit" button.

After successful verification, the "Not Verified" text will change to "Verified".

Important Notes for Phone Verification:

  • Time Limit: The OTP code is active for 5 minutes only and will expire after that.

  • Teletalk Users: The Teletalk operator system blocks our SMS. If you use a Teletalk number, you must check the WhatsApp account linked to that number to receive your code.

  • Not Receiving Code? If you do not receive the OTP, please double-check your phone's signal or your WhatsApp messages.

  • WhatsApp OTP: Due to recent system updates, OTPs may now be sent via WhatsApp instead of SMS. Ensure WhatsApp is installed and activated on your registered number.

Step 2: Verify Your Email Address

This step confirms your ownership of the registered email address.

  1. In the "Profile" > "Personal Info" section, locate your registered email address. It will show an orange exclamation mark (!) or a "Not Verified" button.

  2. Click this button or icon.

  3. Click the "Send Code" option.

  4. An OTP code will be sent to your registered email address.

  5. Enter the OTP code in the designated field.

  6. Click the "Submit" button. After successful verification, the "Not Verified" text will change to "Verified".

Important Notes for Email Verification:

  • Time Limit: This OTP code is also valid for 5 minutes only.

  • Missing Email? If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check your "Promotion" and "Spam" folders.

Managing Your Personal Information

How to Add an Email Address

If you have not yet added an email address to Baji Live your account, follow these steps.

  1. Log in to your Baji Live account.

  2. Go to your profile or account settings.

  3. In the "Email" section, find and click the "Manage" button.

  4. A new screen will appear. Enter your active and correct email address.

    • Examples of popular domains: gmail.com, yahoo.com, outlook.com, hotmail.com, icloud.com.

  5. Tap the "Continue" button to save the email, and then follow Step 2 above to verify it.

Make sure you don't make any mistakes, as the verification code will be sent to this email. Here are some examples of popular email domains:

  • gmail.com: This is a popular email service from Google.

  • yahoo.com: This is one of Yahoo's older and more widely used email domains.

  • outlook.com: This is Microsoft's email service, which was formerly known as Hotmail.com.

  • icloud.com: This domain is typically used for Apple users.

Step 3: Update Your Date of Birth

Providing your correct date of birth is essential for account security.

  1. Go to your profile or account settings. In the "Profile" > "Personal Info" section, find the "Birth Date" field and click the "Manage" button.

  2. A calendar or drop-down menu will appear.

  3. Select your correct birth year, month, and day.

  4. Click the "Save" button to confirm.

Step 4: Set Full Name (Legal Name)

In your Baji account's "Personal Info" section, you will see an option to update your full legal name, which will appear as a "Manage" option.

  1. Click the "Manage" button in the "Full Legal Name" field next to your name.

  2. Enter your correct full legal name as it appears on your official documents (For Example: National ID card, birth registration).

  3. Once your full name is accurately entered, click the "Save" button to confirm your input.

  • Full Inbox: If your email inbox is full, you cannot receive new messages. Clear unnecessary emails to free up space and then request the OTP code again.

  • Network Issue: A weak or unstable internet connection might cause delays. Ensure your connection is stable before requesting a new code.

  • Incorrect Email Address: You may have a typo in the email address you registered. If you suspect this, please contact customer support to get it updated.

Answer: Verification is essential to ensure your account's security, protect financial transactions (especially withdrawals), and fully comply with the platform's legal policies. Without verification, you will not be able to access many account features, particularly the ability to withdraw funds.

9. Question: What if I lose access to my registered SIM card?

Answer: Obtain a replacement SIM with the same number from your mobile provider. Once reactivated, link it to your Baji account to continue using it for deposits.
