The Process for Account Recovery if Your Phone Number or SIM Card is Lost
Due to Baji Live's security policy, we cannot directly change the registered phone number on your account. Therefore, to recover your account, you must first regain control of your old number.
Step 1: Get a new SIM card for the same number (SIM Replacement)
This is the most important step. You must get a replacement SIM card for the same phone number that was lost or damaged.
Where to go: Go to the nearest official service center of your mobile operator (e.g., Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, etc.).
What you will need: You must take your registered identification document (such as your National ID/NID card) with you.
What to do: Tell the service center representative your number and get a new SIM card (SIM Replacement).
Step 2: Contact Baji Live Live Chat Support
