There are two ways to update your Date of Birth (DOB) on the Baji Live platform:

  1. Direct Update via Account Settings – This option is available only if you did not set your Date of Birth when creating a new account. In this case, the Date of Birth can be updated only once.

  2. Correction via Email – If you have mistakenly updated your Date of Birth, you will need to contact our company via email. By providing the required details and proof, your Date of Birth can be corrected.

Option 1: Direct Update via Account Settings

if you didn't set the date of birth (DOB) on the Baji Live platform. This method is suitable for straightforward updates or corrections.

  1. Log in to your Baji account.

  2. Navigate to your Profile and select Personal Information.

  3. Click on the Manage option next to your Birthdate.

  4. Enter your birth year, month, and day using the calendar tool.

  5. Confirm the changes by clicking Save. After saving, your birthdate will be updated and verified on your account automatically. You can proceed with features like withdrawals once your information is validated.

Option 2: Correction via Email

Write in the Subject line: Change Account Details - Date of Birth.

Write in the Details section: Please include the following information and documentation:

Hi, I am requesting to change my date of birth.

  1. Username: (User ID)

  2. Full name: (Your Full Name)

  3. Old Date of Birth: (Incorrect Date of Birth)

  4. New date of birth: (recorrect Date of Birth)

  5. Email Address: (Your register Email Address)

  6. Phone Number: (Your register Phone Number)

  7. Last Deposit:

  8. Last Withdraw:

  9. Last Bet:

  10. Reason for change:

  11. A photo of your NID Card (front and back):

  12. A photo of yourself holding your NID Card:

After preparing the above information, please send an email from your registered email address to our company email: security@baji.live. The verification team will review your request and reach out to you via phone or email.

Based on Baji's policies, you may need to verify your legal name and email alongside your birthdate. To update these details:

  • Navigate to Profile > Personal Information.

  • Select Manage next to the information you want to update. - For legal name: Enter your name as per your NID. - For email: Use the code sent to your email for verification. Ensure that all provided details match your legal documents.

Do I need to contact customer support for all updates?

Simple updates can be performed within account settings without contacting support. However, manual submission is required for significant changes that need additional verification.
