What is a Bet ID?
A Bet ID is a unique identification number assigned to each bet. You can use this ID to track the status of your bet (win, loss, or pending), check results, or reference it when contacting customer support. Additionally, Bet IDs can be used to review settled payouts, understand how odds impacted results, and reconcile wallet changes by comparing losing bets with winners.
Bet history for general games (Casino, Slots, Lottery)
Follow these steps to check your bet history for regular games like Casino, Slots, Tables, Crash, Fishing, Arcade, and Lottery:
Log in to your Baji account.
Click your Profile.
Select Betting Records.
Review your betting records or bet history.
These records will display details such as the date and time of bets, games or markets involved, win or loss status, and any balance changes.
Note: You can view the betting history for the last 7 days in this section. These records cannot be deleted.
If your records appear empty, try adjusting the date range to match your betting activity. This troubleshooting step can ensure all relevant data is displayed.
Bet history and Bet ID for sports markets
The process for viewing bet history varies by sports provider. Follow the steps below for each market.

Exchange
Enter the Exchange market.
Click Bet Info to view your bet history.
Select View Details to see more information.
I-Sports
Enter the I-Sports market.
Select the option to view your Bet ID.
SBO Sports
Tap My Bets at the bottom of the screen.
View all your bets or bet history here.
BTi Sports
Click the My Bets icon from the right-side menu.
Review your list of bets or bet history.
UG Sports
Tap the History button at the bottom of the screen.
View your betting history for the last 7 days.
Meaning of the different tabs:
Unsettled: Shows your pending bets.
Settled: Displays all completed (won or lost) bets.
Waiting: Lists bets that are waiting for results.
Void: Contains canceled bets.
CMD Sports
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner.
Choose Statement from the list.
View your complete history by selecting Last Week, This Week, or by setting a custom date range (up to 7 days).
E-Sports
Tap the bet slip or notebook icon on the bottom menu bar.
To view your full bet history (won and lost), select the Settled tab.
Note: The Unsettled tab only shows your pending bets.
If you have a problem with your bet history
If you cannot find a bet or the amount displayed is incorrect, provide the following details when contacting customer support:
Your User Name (User ID)
The Bet ID (found using the steps above)
