What is KYC Verification and Why is it Needed?
KYC (Know Your Customer) is a process for verifying a user’s identity. On Baji Live, KYC verification or document verification helps ensure the security of your account. It confirms that the account truly belongs to you and has been verified using only your personal documents.
This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process to complete your KYC verification.
Steps to Start KYC Verification (According to the Bengali Interface)
First, log in to your Baji live account.
After logging in, click on your Profile option.
From the profile menu, select the "Verification" (প্রতিপাদন) option.
On the "Verification" page, you will find an option called "Document" (দলিল).
Click the "Manage" (ম্যানেজ) button next to the "Document" option.
Special Note: "দলিল" and "Document" mean the same thing.

Process for Uploading Required Information and Photos
After clicking the "Manage" button, you will need to provide the following information and photos:
1. Select Document Type
You must select a document type to confirm your identity. The options are:
National Identity Card (NID)
Passport
Driving License
(Select the one you have from these three options.)
2. Document No.
Write the correct number of the document you have selected (e.g., NID card) here.
3. Expiry Date
Mention your document's expiry date here.
It is mandatory for Passports and Driving Licenses.
It may not be applicable for NID cards.
4. Photo of the Front Side of the Document
Upload a clear photo of the front side of your selected document (NID, Passport, etc.).
Maximum photo size: 3 MB (Megabytes)
Photo format: JPG, JPEG, or PNG
Important: Ensure that all information on the photo (e.g., your picture, name, number) is clearly visible.
5. Photo of the Back Side of the Document
Upload a clear photo of the back side of your selected document. (This is required for NID cards and Driving Licenses).
Maximum photo size: 3 MB (Megabytes)
6. Selfie
Finally, you need to take a selfie. While taking the selfie, you must hold your selected document (e.g., NID card) near your face.
Why is this required? It confirms that you are the one doing this verification process and that the document belongs to you.
Important: Ensure that both your face and the information on the document are clearly visible in the photo.
Maximum photo size: 3 MB (Megabytes)
Important Instructions Before Submitting
Information Match: All information written on the form (like name, number) and the information on the uploaded photos must be exactly the same. Any mismatch can lead to rejection.
Photo Format: All photos must be in .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format.
Final Submission: After uploading all information and photos correctly, click the "Submit" button. The Baji Live team will review your submitted information and verify your account.
What to do if there is a problem with verification
Once the information is submitted and verification is complete, the information cannot be changed again for security reasons.
If your verification is rejected or gets stuck due to incorrect information, please contact the Baji LIVE Customer Support team immediately.
