KYC, or “Know Your Customer,” is the process that allows Baji Live to verify your identity and securely store your information. This ensures the safety of your account and compliance with gaming regulations.
KYC verification methods on Baji Live
To strengthen your account’s security, you can complete KYC verification in two ways: Voluntary (recommended) or Mandatory (for suspended accounts).
Voluntary KYC verification (recommended)
This is the easiest and most convenient method. You can proactively submit your documents and get verified before any issues occur.
Benefit: Completing KYC early helps you avoid future complications such as account suspension or withdrawal delays. It also makes your transactions smoother.
Steps to complete voluntary KYC
Log in to your Baji Live account.
Go to the Verification (প্রতিপাদন) option in your profile section.

Click Manage (ম্যানেজ) under the Document (দলিল) section.

Mandatory KYC verification (for suspended accounts)
This method applies when your account shows suspicious activity or requires additional verification for security reasons.
How you’ll know
When KYC is required, you’ll see this message upon login:
“Your account requires KYC verification. Please contact our customer support.”
Your account will be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

What to do if suspended
If your account is suspended and deposit or withdrawal options are disabled, don’t worry. Once your documents are verified, your account will automatically reactivate.

Required documents for KYC verification
You’ll need the following documents to complete KYC:
Identity proof (ID):
National Identity (NID) card (front and back).
The document must be valid for at least 3 more months.
Selfie with ID:
A clear selfie holding your NID next to your face.
Both your face and the ID photo must be visible.
Proof of address (if requested):
A recent (last 3 months) bank or e-wallet statement.
Important: KYC cannot be completed using a birth certificate.
KYC submission failed or limit exceeded
If you see a message saying “Submission failed,” it means you’ve already submitted documents three times and all were disapproved.
To resolve this, contact the Baji Live Security Team via email.

How to submit KYC documents via email (for suspended accounts)
If you’re asked to send documents via email, follow these steps:
Email the Security Team
Send an email from your registered address to security@baji.live.
Format your email
Subject:
Account KYC - [YourUsername]

Username
Full name
Phone number
Registered email address
NID number
Attachments:
NID pictures (front and back)
Selfie holding your NID
After sending your email
If all details are correct, you’ll receive a confirmation of successful receipt.
If something is missing or incorrect, you’ll be asked to resend with the correct documents.
Ensure that all documents are clear and legible, and that the information matches your account details to avoid delays.

Next steps and timeline
KYC verification typically takes 1–3 business days.
You’ll receive an email notification once verification is complete.
After verification, your deposit and withdrawal options will be reactivated.
Note: Your account cannot be reactivated without completing KYC verification.
