  4. Click Manage (ম্যানেজ) under the Document (দলিল) section.

  5. Select document type:

    • Identity Card → Usually NID / National ID (most commonly used)

    • Passport → International travel document

    • Driver’s License → Driving license

  6. Upload your ID photos and a selfie.

Mandatory KYC verification (for suspended accounts)

This method applies when your account shows suspicious activity or requires additional verification for security reasons.

How you’ll know

When KYC is required, you’ll see this message upon login:

“Your account requires KYC verification. Please contact our customer support.”

Your account will be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

What to do if suspended

If your account is suspended and deposit or withdrawal options are disabled, don’t worry. Once your documents are verified, your account will automatically reactivate.

1. Email the Security Team
Send an email from your registered address to security@baji.live.

2. Format your email:

  • Subject:
    Account KYC - [YourUsername]
    (Example: Account KYC - User12345)

  • Email body: Include the following details:

    • Username

    • Full name

    • Phone number

    • Registered email address

    • NID number

  • Attachments:

    • NID pictures (front and back)

    • Selfie holding your NID

3. After sending your email

  • If all details are correct, you’ll receive a confirmation of successful receipt.

  • If something is missing or incorrect, you’ll be asked to resend with the correct documents.

Ensure that all documents are clear and legible, and that the information matches your account details to avoid delays.
