To secure the financial transactions on your Baji Live account and to comply with the platform's policies, it is extremely important to verify your personal information (like your phone number).
This article will show you step-by-step how to complete your account's phone number verification.
Step-by-Step Process to Verify Your Phone Number
Log in and Go to Profile: First, log in to your Baji account using your User ID and Password. Then, go to the "Personal Information" menu.
Start Verification: In the "Personal Information" section, you will see your registered phone number. If it is not yet verified, you will see a "Not Verified" button next to it. Click on this button.
Request the Code: A new window will open. Click on the "Send Code" option. The system will send a 6-digit OTP (One-Time Password) code to your number.
Submit the OTP Code: Enter the code sent to your number in the designated field and click the "Submit" button.
Important: This code will only be valid for 5 minutes.
After successful verification, the "Not Verified" text will change to "Verified."
Where Will You Get the OTP Code? (Important Update)
After requesting the code, please check the following two places:
1. Check WhatsApp First (Primary Method)
According to Baji Live's new rules, for your convenience, OTP codes for number verification and password recovery are now also sent via WhatsApp.
Please check the WhatsApp account opened with your registered phone number first.
You will see a new message from Baji Live containing the verification code.
2. Check SMS Inbox (Alternative Method)
If you do not get a code on WhatsApp, then check the inbox of your phone's default messaging app (SMS Inbox).
What to do if you don't get the code? (Troubleshooting)
If you do not get the code on either WhatsApp or SMS, please follow these steps:
Check the Spam folder of your phone's default messaging app (SMS Inbox).
You can try restarting (Restart) your phone and attempting again.
Your phone's mobile network (SIM Card Network) must be active. SMS will not arrive if you are only using Wi-Fi (although WhatsApp messages will).
