Instructions for Adding (Add) a Phone Number to Your Baji Account:

You can have a total of 6 phone numbers in your Baji Live account; you cannot keep more than 6 phone numbers. Along with your main registered number, you can add 5 more phone numbers to your account (for e-wallets like bKash, Nagad, and Rocket). Currently, there is no option to add more than six numbers.

Special Note: It is important to know the details about adding this phone number because you must verify the account numbers before making deposits and withdrawals.

Steps to Add a New Phone Number on Baji Live:

1. Go to Profile: From the Baji Live app homepage, go to "Profile".

2. Select Personal Information: Then, select the "Personal Information" option.

3. 1Add Phone Number: Go to the "Phone" section and click on the option that says "(+ Add Phone Number)".

4. Enter the New Number: Write your new phone number in the designated space. Enter the new phone number correctly. When writing a Bangladeshi number, there is no need to use +880 or 0 (zero); just writing the number in the 1XXXXXXXXX format will suffice. After this, a verification code (OTP) or One-Time Password will be sent to your account's main or registered phone number. For example, if your number is 01712345678, you will write it without the zero: 1712345678

5. Provide Verification Code (OTP): After adding the new number, a verification code or OTP will be sent to your Baji Live account's main or registered phone number.

6. Submit: Correctly enter the received OTP code in the designated field and click the "Submit" button. Upon successful submission, your new phone number will be added to your account instantly.

Important Points:

  • Maximum Limit: You can add a total of 6 phone numbers to one account, including the main registered number plus 5 others.

  • No Deletion Option: Please remember, once a phone number is added to an account, it cannot be removed or deleted.

  • Verification of Main and Other Phone Numbers: Before adding any new number, your account's main or registered phone number must be verified.

  • According to Baji's new rules, all previously added numbers in your account must be verified before you can add a new phone number. If you have any unverified numbers in your account, you will not find the option to add a new one. Therefore, if you face issues adding a new number, first verify all the numbers in your profile. The picture shows how all of your phone numbers must be verified:

  • Verification Before Transactions: Before making a deposit or withdrawal, the newly added number must be verified. Using verified numbers ensures that all your account transactions remain secure.

  • If the Number is Already in Use: If you see the message "Phone number already exists" while adding a number, it means that number is being used in another account. In this case, you will have to try a different number. The warning message you will see is shown in the picture:

  • Please note that all messages from Baji have been permanently blocked as spam by the Teletalk operator system. Therefore, if you use a Teletalk number, you will not receive verification codes via SMS.

Special Note: The newly added number must be verified before making a deposit. Keeping changes to verified numbers limited also secures transactions like deposits and withdrawals.
