Please be informed that once an account is registered on Baji Live, there is currently no direct process in our system to completely delete or permanently close it.
Why can't an account be permanently deleted?
This policy has been adopted to maintain user security and platform transparency. The main reasons for this are:
User Security: To keep your account information secure.
Transaction Transparency: For future transaction records or dispute resolution.
Data Preservation: To meet legal and regulatory requirements, all information and records are stored in the system, which can be verified as needed in the future.
What should you do if you no longer want to use the account?
If you do not want to use the account, either temporarily or permanently, the easiest solution for you is to voluntarily stop logging into the account.
Keeping the Account Inactive: If you do not log in, the account will automatically remain in an inactive (inactive) state.
Data Security: During this inactive period, all your account information will remain completely secure in our system.
Reactivation: If you ever want to use the account again in the future, it will become active again simply by logging in with your old username and password.
