Understanding effective turnover
Effective turnover is calculated based on the amount you bet.
In the Sports and AWC markets, the smaller amount between your win or loss and your bet is counted as your turnover.
Examples:
If you bet 100 taka and win 80 taka → turnover = 80 taka.
If you bet 100 taka and win 130 taka → turnover = 100 taka.
If you lose and the loss is less than the bet → turnover equals the loss amount.
If you lose more than your bet → turnover equals the bet amount.
If it’s a draw → turnover = 0.
In short, whichever is smallest among your win, loss, or bet will be counted as the effective turnover.
Important Note: Turnover cannot be stopped, however, if your account balance is below 1 taka, your previous turnover will be automatically completed with the next deposit.

In slot games, turnover is based on the total amount of real money you play with.
Example: If you bet 20 taka in a slot game and earn 12 taka in profit, your turnover is still 20 taka—the full amount you wagered.
