Common Reasons for Account Suspension
Your Baji Live account may be suspended for one or more of the following reasons:
Duplicate Accounts: According to Baji Live's policy, one person can only create and use one account. Running multiple accounts under the same person's name, phone number, or from the same device/IP violates the Fair Play policy, and all related accounts may be suspended.
Failure in ID Verification (KYC): For security reasons, it is mandatory to verify your account via KYC (Know Your Customer) before withdrawing. If your KYC is not verified and you attempt to withdraw funds, the account may be suspended.
Attempting to Withdraw Without Meeting Baji's Prerequisites: As per Baji's rules, attempting to withdraw funds from the account without making any deposit or transaction can lead to your account being suspended. There must be at least one deposit record in the account before withdrawal. If your account is temporarily suspended, it might be for this reason.
Prohibited Betting Strategies:
Arbitrage Betting: This is a strategy where bets are placed on different outcomes of the same game to ensure a profit. This is strictly prohibited.
