How to Add and Verify a Phone Number on Your Baji Account:

To secure your account's deposits and withdrawals, verifying all phone numbers on Baji is mandatory. This guide explains the rules and steps for adding new phone numbers to your account.
You can link a maximum of six (6) phone numbers to your Baji Live account. This total includes:
1 Main Registered Number (the phone number you used to register or sign up)
5 Additional Numbers (which can be used for various e-wallet accounts like Bikash, Nagad, Rocket)
Note: You cannot add more than six phone numbers to your Baji account.
Important: Verification is Required First
Before you can add a new phone number, your main registered phone number and all other existing numbers on your account must be verified.
If you have any unverified numbers, the option to add a new number may not appear.
You must also verify the new number after adding it before using it for deposits or withdrawals.
This verification process helps keep all your transactions secure.
How to Add a New Phone Number: Step-by-Step Guide
Follow these steps to add a new phone number to your Baji account:
1. Go to Profile: From the Baji Live app homepage, tap the "Profile" icon.
2. Select Personal Info: In your profile menu, choose the "Personal Info" option.
3. Add Phone Number: Go to the "Phone" section and tap the option labeled "(+ Add Phone Number)".

4. Enter the new number: Type your new phone number in the designated field.
Note for Bangladeshi numbers: Do not include +880 or the first 0 (zero). Write the number in the 10-digit format (e.g., 1712345678).
5. Request OTP: After entering the number, the system will send a verification code (OTP) or one-time password to your main registered phone number (not the new one you are adding).
6. Submit and Complete: Check your main phone's SMS messages for the OTP. Enter that code into the verification field on the app and tap "Submit".
Upon successful submission, your new phone number will be added to your account.
Please note that all messages from Baji have been permanently blocked as spam by the Teletalk operator system. Therefore, if you use a Teletalk number, you will not receive verification codes via SMS. You must check the WhatsApp account linked to your registered Teletalk number to get your code.
Key Rules and Limitations
Please be aware of these important rules when managing your phone numbers:
Maximum Limit: You can have a total of 6 numbers (1 main + 5 additional).
No Deletion Option: Please note, once a phone number is successfully added to the account, it cannot be deleted.
Verification for Transactions: Any number (new or old) used for deposits or withdrawals must be verified.
Common Problem Solving
1. Problem: Cannot find the "(+ Add Phone Number)" option
Cause: This usually means you have one or more unverified phone numbers already on your account.
Solution: Go to your "Personal Info" section and check all listed phone numbers. Complete the verification process for any number marked as "Unverified". Once all existing numbers are verified, the option to add a new one should appear.

2. Problem: "Phone number already exists" Error
Cause: This message ("ফোন নম্বর আগে থেকেই আছে" or "Phone number already exists") means the phone number you are trying to add is already linked to a different Baji account.
Solution: You must use a different phone number that has not been registered with Baji before.
