Unable to unlock your account because you are not receiving the code on your Teletalk (+015) number?
If your Baji account is registered with a +015 (Teletalk) number and you are not receiving the verification code (OTP) to reset your password after your account was locked, there is no need to worry. Sometimes, there can be issues with SMS delivery on the Teletalk operator.
To solve this problem, you need to request to add a new or alternative phone number to your account.
Solution: Request to Add a New Number via Email
Since you are not receiving the code on your phone, you must send a request to us using your registered email.
Please follow the steps below:
Open the email address registered to your account.
Compose a new email and enter our official support email as the recipient: support.bd@baji.live
Copy the specific format given below, paste it into your email, and fill it with the correct information.
