The updated system features a smoother and faster experience for depositing funds on Baji Live.

Before making a deposit payment, you must ensure that you have correctly selected your preferred method and gateway. This is to avoid any inconvenience or issues arising from making a wrong payment. To successfully complete the deposit, the following rules must be strictly followed:

  • Use the Correct Method: If you choose an e-wallet or mobile bank (such as: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), you must complete the payment using the selected e-wallet. Similarly, if you select a bank wallet, the deposit must be made via bank transfer.

  • Gateway Identification: The options you see under 'Gateway' on the deposit page are different payment gateways on our site. These instructions explain how to complete the deposit using each specific gateway.

  • Send Money: If you select the 'Send Money' gateway, you must only send money from the chosen e-wallet to the designated number.

  • Cash Out: If you use the 'Cash Out' selected gateway, you must ensure that the cash-out is made correctly to the agent number.

  • Caution: If you do not follow these instructions and use any other method or procedure, your transaction will be considered incorrect, and the deposit may fail.

This gateway is specially designed for making Cash Out payments using E-wallets, and after making the payment for the deposit, you can submit the deposit with only the Transaction ID/Reference Number without a screenshot of the transaction slip.

2. SG-Send Money: Smart Solution Gateway Send Money

This gateway is specially designed for making Send Money payments using E-wallets, and after making the payment for the deposit, you can submit the deposit with only the Transaction ID/Reference Number without a screenshot of the transaction slip.

3. SL-Cashout: SL Cashout Gateway

This gateway is designed only for general (non-VIP) users, through which 100 BDT or more can be deposited. However, after you upgrade to a VIP level (e.g., Elite, Pro, Expert, Master, etc.), you will no longer be able to use this gateway. But for this gateway, after making the payment for the deposit, you can submit the deposit with only the Transaction ID/Reference Number without a screenshot of the transaction slip.

4. SG-iBanking :Deposit Rules via Smart Solution Gateway iBanking

This gateway is the fastest and most secure automated payment method. The balance is added to your account immediately upon payment completion, so there is no need to submit a Transaction ID separately.

  3. Amount & Submit: Enter the deposit amount (Exmple: between Min ৳500 and Max ৳25,000) and click the "Submit" button.

  4. Redirect to Payment Page: You will be redirected to the gateway's secure payment page.

  5. Provide Wallet Number: Enter your Nagad account number on that page and click "Proceed" or "Sign In".

  6. Verification (OTP): You will receive a verification code (OTP) on your mobile; enter it in the designated box (if requested).

  7. Provide PIN: Enter your wallet's secret PIN number to confirm the payment.

  8. Successful Deposit: If the PIN is correct, the payment will be successful, and the money will be automatically added to your Baji account.

Special Note:

  • You do not need to copy and paste any Transaction ID (TrxID) for this method. The system verifies it automatically.

  • Do not refresh the page or close the browser while the payment is processing.

  • On the payment page, you must enter the specific phone number you are currently depositing from. Additionally, that number must be in a verified state on your Baji account.

5. Send Money: Bonasa Pay Gateway

With this gateway, money can be deposited by making Send Money payments using various types of mobile wallets.

6. TM-Cashout: Transmon Gateway

For this gateway, after making a payment using E-Wallet/Mobile Banking, it is mandatory to provide a screenshot of the transaction slip as proof of the transaction you can submit the deposit with only the Transaction ID/Reference Number.

📹 TM-Cash Out: Transmon Gateway Deposit Tips:

The marked section in the last picture explains how to submit the request form, numbered accordingly:

  1. The phone number in the "Transfer to" field (marked 1) is the agent phone number. Copy this number and send money from your said e-wallet. If you have another verified number in the "Phone Number/ Cash Out No." field, select that.

  2. Copy the amount written in the field marked 2.

  3. Copy the Transaction ID (or TrxID) from your successful cash out slip and paste (Paste) it into the field marked 3.

  4. In the "Choose File" field (marked 4), select the screenshot of your successful transaction slip.

  5. Then click the "Submit" button (marked 5) to submit the deposit request form.

7. BCPAY Deposit Gateway

BCPay is Baji’s latest and fastest deposit gateway. It is specially optimized for Bangladeshi e-wallets. It is recommended for fast deposits.

  8. Return to Baji and paste the TrxID then click Submit.

2. Local Bank (Examples: Islami Bank, Dutch Bangla Bank, Brac Bank, City Bank etc.):

Process for Depositing via Local Bank / Bank Transfer:

Step 1: Log in and Select "Deposit"

First, log in to your Baji account if you are not already. From the Baji homepage or your profile, click on the "Deposit" option.

Step 2: Choose "Local Bank" Deposit Method

You will be shown various payment methods for depositing. From here, select the "Local Bank" option.

Step 3: Promotional Offer (if applicable)

Select a promotion of your choice from the "Select Promotion" list. If none is selected, "Unlimited 5% Deposit Extra" may be set as the default. After selecting, the available deposit channels will be displayed.

Step 4: Select Local Bank and Deposit Channel

Choose your own bank (e.g., Islami Bank, Dutch Bangla Bank, Brac Bank, etc.) from the "Deposit Channel" option. Then click the 'Continue' button.

Step 5: Set Deposit Amount

Click on the "Available Balance" box to set your amount. And press the options above the on-screen number pad (e.g., +500, +1000, +5000, +10000, +25,000) to set the digits. Click multiple times to increase the amount; the total amount will be shown in "BDT" in the "Available Balance" field. Click "Done" on the Numpad to confirm, then click "Submit". Example: Clicking the ৳10,000 button twice will make the total amount ৳20,000.

Step 6: Bank Account Information and Online Transfer

You will see the company's bank account number and name. Log in to your online banking and transfer the funds (rules may vary by bank). Example — Islami Bank:

  • Log in to the Islami Bank app (Cellfin or iSmart).

  • Select "i-Transfer".

  • Go to "Manage credit account" > "Add new".

  • Enter the recipient's account and click "Add".

  • Select "i-Transfer".

  • Select the recipient's account.

  • Select your destination account.

  • Select the purpose.

  • Enter the amount and click "Submit".

  • Click "Submit" again to confirm.

  • Enter "T-PIN" and "OTP", then "Submit".

Step 7: Fill Deposit Form and Upload Slip

Enter your full account holder's name and the bank reference/transaction ID. Click "Choose files" to upload the transaction slip. Important: Your bank account name must match your Baji account name. Third-party deposits are not acceptable.

Step 8: Submit and Confirmation

Click "Submit". You will see a notification that your deposit is being processed and will be updated upon completion.

To put it more simply, follow these steps to deposit money in Baji:

  1. First, open the app or go to the bottom of the Baji homepage and tap on "Deposit". (Like the first part of the picture)

  2. Many deposit method options will appear. Choose "Local Bank" from them. (Like the second part of the picture)

  3. Next, select your own bank (e.g., Dutch Bangla Bank) and press the 'Continue' button. (Like the third part of the picture)

  4. Now, decide how much money you want to send. You can set the amount by pressing the adjacent buttons (+30000, +50000). The total amount (BDT) will be shown. Then press the "Next" button. (Like the last part of the picture)

What to do next?

  • After pressing Next, you will get a Baji bank account number.

  • Send money to that number from your bank app (e.g., Islami Bank's app).

  • After sending the money, you will get a receipt or message. Take a screenshot of it.

  • Return to the Baji app, submit the screenshot, fill out the form, and Submit.

❗ Most Important Thing: You must send the money from a bank account in your own name. Sending money from a friend's or someone else's account will not work.

3. Crypto (Examples: USDT TRC20, BTC):

It is possible to deposit on Baji Live via USDT (TRC20) and BTC using cryptocurrency exchange platforms like Binance and BTSE. Please follow the detailed instructions below:

  • Currency: Tether (USDT), Bitcoin (BTC).

  • Platform: You can send USDT using crypto exchanges like Binance or BTSE.

  • Guide: Video guides are available for each platform, which you can follow to deposit easily.

    Process:

    1. First, log in to your Baji Live account and go to the ‘Deposit’ option.

    2. Choose "Crypto" from the list of deposit methods.

    3. Select the currency you want to deposit (e.g., USDT or BTC).

    4. A unique Wallet Address for your account will be shown on the screen. Click the "Copy" button next to the address to copy it.

    5. Important Note (for USDT): If you send USDT, you must select the TRC20 network. If you send to the wrong network, your funds will be lost.

General Rules for Depositing with Cryptocurrency:

  • Cryptocurrency: You can choose to deposit using cryptocurrency. It is a method of depositing via digital currency. By using exchange platforms like Binance and BTSE, you can easily deposit money through Tether USDT (TRC20), which is a stablecoin pegged to the dollar, or Bitcoin (BTC).

Payment from a Crypto Exchange

  1. Log in to your personal crypto exchange account (e.g., Binance, BTSE).

  2. Go to the "Withdraw" (Payment) option from your account's "Wallet" or "Spot Wallet".

  3. Select the currency you want to send (USDT or BTC).

  4. Paste the wallet address copied from Baji Live into the "Address" or recipient's address field.

  5. In the "Network" option, select TRC20 for USDT. (For BTC, the Bitcoin network is usually auto-selected).

  6. Enter the amount of crypto you want to deposit and re-verify all information.

  7. If everything is correct, click the "Withdraw" button and complete your exchange's security process (e.g., email or SMS verification).

  8. Your Baji Live account balance will be credited shortly after the blockchain confirmation is complete.

In simple terms: You are sending money from your crypto wallet to Baji Live's crypto wallet. The main task is to select the correct currency, correct address, and correct network.

4. Quick Deposit (This is just like E-Wallet, but this method is for depositing with a normal bonus):

Rules for depositing via Quick Deposit:

"Quick Deposit" is the fastest way to deposit money into your Baji account. It can also be referred to as Auto Deposit.

If you want to deposit quickly without the hassle of manually selecting a promotion or bonus offer, this method is for you. The system automatically applies a default bonus; you simply need to choose your preferred payment gateway.

You can easily complete the deposit by following the steps shown in the picture according to the instructions below 👇:

🪙 Steps for Quick Deposit

Step 1:

  • Log in from the Baji app or website.

  • Select the “Deposit” (💰) option from the bottom menu bar.

Step 2:

  • When you go to the deposit page, first select the “Quick Deposit” option.

Step 3:

  • Next, select the Payment Channel you want to use.

  • For example:

    • SG-Cashout

    • SG-Send Money

    • SL-Cashout

    • SG-iBanking

    • Send Money

    • TM-Cashout

Step 4:

  • Now, select the Payment Method —

  • Such as:

    • bKash

    • Nagad

    • Rocket

    • UPay

    • TAP

    • OKWallet

  • A +2% Bonus is shown on each, as this is a general default bonus ("Unlimited 5% Deposit Extra"). Essentially, through the Quick Deposit process, you can only deposit without choosing a specific bonus. Step 5:

  • Next, write the Amount (Amount). [The minimum deposit limit (Limit) may vary depending on the gateway, so find out the minimum deposit for each payment gateway first]

Step 6:

  • As an example, the fourth screen shows a Cashout Number, which appeared after selecting (SG-Cashout). You will enter the Transaction ID here after your payment is successful. If a Send Money number is given on the screen, then money must be sent via Send Money for the deposit. The Send Money medium gateways are:

    1. SG-Send Money (Smart Solution Send Money Gateway) and

    2. Send Money (Bonasa pay)

  • N.B.: (TM-Cashout and Send Money) - The process for these two gateways is the same, but the payment method is different. Cash Out for TM-Cashout and Send Money for Send Money.

Step 7:

  • When everything is filled out correctly, press the “Submit” button at the bottom.

  • Verify the specific cashout number carefully when sending money.

  • Baji is not responsible if you send money to the wrong number.

  • Write the exact amount of money you sent.

  • Once submitted, the deposit cannot be canceled or refunded.

Important Notes

  • A) 🪙 Cryptocurrency: The market rates for cryptocurrencies like USDT and BTC are constantly fluctuating. For this reason, there may be slight variations in the final amount of your deposit.

  • B) 🚫 Minimum Limit: Do not deposit less than the mentioned minimum limit. This will be considered an error, and you will need to contact a customer service representative to resolve the issue. Baji Live is dedicated to serving you 24/7.

  • C) 🔒 Security Warning: Never share your deposit payment slip or information with anyone. If funds go missing or are deposited into another account due to this mistake, Baji authorities will not be responsible in any way.

  • D) ✍️ Correct Transaction ID (TrxID): The Transaction ID or Reference Number received from your e-wallet or local bank consists of uppercase English letters and numbers. You must copy this ID exactly as it appears and paste it into the specific box.
