The phone number in the "Transfer to" field (marked 1) is the agent phone number. Copy this number and send money from your said e-wallet. If you have another verified number in the "Phone Number/ Cash Out No." field, select that.
Copy the amount written in the field marked 2.

Click on the "Available Balance" box to set your amount. And press the options above the on-screen number pad (e.g., +500, +1000, +5000, +10000, +25,000) to set the digits. Click multiple times to increase the amount; the total amount will be shown in "BDT" in the "Available Balance" field. Click "Done" on the Numpad to confirm, then click "Submit". Example: Clicking the ৳10,000 button twice will make the total amount ৳20,000.
Step 6: Bank Account Information and Online Transfer
You will see the company's bank account number and name. Log in to your online banking and transfer the funds (rules may vary by bank). Example — Islami Bank:
Log in to the Islami Bank app (Cellfin or iSmart).
Select "i-Transfer".
Go to "Manage credit account" > "Add new".
Enter the recipient's account and click "Add".
Select "i-Transfer".

Enter your full account holder's name and the bank reference/transaction ID. Click "Choose files" to upload the transaction slip. Important: Your bank account name must match your Baji account name. Third-party deposits are not acceptable.

To put it more simply, follow these steps to deposit money in Baji:
First, open the app or go to the bottom of the Baji homepage and tap on "Deposit". (Like the first part of the picture)
Many deposit method options will appear. Choose "Local Bank" from them. (Like the second part of the picture)
Next, select your own bank (e.g., Dutch Bangla Bank) and press the 'Continue' button. (Like the third part of the picture)
Now, decide how much money you want to send. You can set the amount by pressing the adjacent buttons (+30000, +50000). The total amount (BDT) will be shown. Then press the "Next" button. (Like the last part of the picture)
What to do next?
After pressing Next, you will get a Baji bank account number.
Send money to that number from your bank app (e.g., Islami Bank's app).
After sending the money, you will get a receipt or message. Take a screenshot of it.
Return to the Baji app, submit the screenshot, fill out the form, and Submit.
❗ Most Important Thing: You must send the money from a bank account in your own name. Sending money from a friend's or someone else's account will not work.

It is possible to deposit on Baji Live via USDT (TRC20) and BTC using cryptocurrency exchange platforms like Binance and BTSE. Please follow the detailed instructions below:
Currency: Tether (USDT), Bitcoin (BTC).
Platform: You can send USDT using crypto exchanges like Binance or BTSE.
Guide: Video guides are available for each platform, which you can follow to deposit easily.
Process:
First, log in to your Baji Live account and go to the ‘Deposit’ option.
Choose "Crypto" from the list of deposit methods.
Select the currency you want to deposit (e.g., USDT or BTC).
A unique Wallet Address for your account will be shown on the screen. Click the "Copy" button next to the address to copy it.
Important Note (for USDT): If you send USDT, you must select the TRC20 network. If you send to the wrong network, your funds will be lost.

General Rules for Depositing with Cryptocurrency:
Cryptocurrency: You can choose to deposit using cryptocurrency. It is a method of depositing via digital currency. By using exchange platforms like Binance and BTSE, you can easily deposit money through Tether USDT (TRC20), which is a stablecoin pegged to the dollar, or Bitcoin (BTC).
Payment from a Crypto Exchange
Log in to your personal crypto exchange account (e.g., Binance, BTSE).
Go to the "Withdraw" (Payment) option from your account's "Wallet" or "Spot Wallet".
Select the currency you want to send (USDT or BTC).
Paste the wallet address copied from Baji Live into the "Address" or recipient's address field.
In the "Network" option, select TRC20 for USDT. (For BTC, the Bitcoin network is usually auto-selected).
Enter the amount of crypto you want to deposit and re-verify all information.
If everything is correct, click the "Withdraw" button and complete your exchange's security process (e.g., email or SMS verification).
Your Baji Live account balance will be credited shortly after the blockchain confirmation is complete.
In simple terms: You are sending money from your crypto wallet to Baji Live's crypto wallet. The main task is to select the correct currency, correct address, and correct network.

If you want to deposit quickly without the hassle of manually selecting a promotion or bonus offer, this method is for you. The system automatically applies a default bonus; you simply need to choose your preferred payment gateway.

A) 🪙 Cryptocurrency: The market rates for cryptocurrencies like USDT and BTC are constantly fluctuating. For this reason, there may be slight variations in the final amount of your deposit.
B) 🚫 Minimum Limit: Do not deposit less than the mentioned minimum limit. This will be considered an error, and you will need to contact a customer service representative to resolve the issue. Baji Live is dedicated to serving you 24/7.
C) 🔒 Security Warning: Never share your deposit payment slip or information with anyone. If funds go missing or are deposited into another account due to this mistake, Baji authorities will not be responsible in any way.
D) ✍️ Correct Transaction ID (TrxID): The Transaction ID or Reference Number received from your e-wallet or local bank consists of uppercase English letters and numbers. You must copy this ID exactly as it appears and paste it into the specific box.
E) Do Not Save Displayed Agent/Merchant Numbers: Never send money to an old number or save the number in your contact list. Please check and use the new number displayed on the site before every deposit.
F) 🆘 Rejected Deposit Troubleshooting: If your deposit is rejected, you can resubmit using the same method by uploading the previously rejected payment slip and indicating the correct agent number if requested.
