In this guide, we have provided the main reasons for not seeing your balance or funds and step-by-step instructions to solve them.
Bet Settlement / Lost Bet: Potential Cause:
A common reason for your account balance decreasing or showing zero is that you recently placed a bet on a game, and after the bet settlement (Bet Settlement), you lost the bet (Lost Bet). As soon as the bet settlement process is complete, the amount equivalent to the lost bet is deducted from your account.
Solution: Check your Betting Record: To verify why your balance has decreased, it is essential to check your recent betting activity.
(Screenshot Description: The screenshot shows the Baji Live App. The "Betting Record" option in the "Profile" menu is highlighted. The selected tap for "Betting Record" will be on the left side of the screen, where instructions are given to view the Beting record for the last 7 (seven) days.)
Step 1: Log in to your Baji Live account.
Step 2: Enter the "Profile" section.
Step 3: Here you will find an option named 'Betting Record' or 'Betting History'. Click on it.
Step 4: Enter the 'Betting Record' to see your complete betting history for the last 7 days. If you wish, you can select a specific Date Range to verify the status (Win/Loss/Pending), bet amount, and final results of all your bets.
Platform Maintenance Potential Cause:
Sometimes Baji Live or our specific game providers (Cricket Exchange, specific Casino, Slot Providers, Table, Crash) require routine or emergency maintenance. If you were active on a specific platform just before the maintenance started, your funds might get temporarily 'stuck' (Stuck Balance) in that specific platform's wallet during the maintenance.
Solution:
Please wait a while for the maintenance to finish. Usually, as soon as the maintenance is over, the platform will automatically return your stuck balance to your main Baji Live ID (Main Wallet), and you will be able to see it.
Transferring Funds from Game Wallet to Main Wallet (Transfer):
When you add money to bet on a specific game or platform ( Sports, Casino, Slot, Table, Crash, Lottery) your balance is temporarily transferred from your main account (Main Wallet) to that specific game's wallet. After the game ends, that money may not automatically return to the Main Wallet. As a result, you might see your balance as 'zero' or low on your main account's dashboard. To solve this problem, you need to 'Transfer' or 'Recover' the money from your various game wallets to the Main Wallet. This is discussed in detail below:
(Screenshot Description: The screenshot shows the Baji Live App. Where the "Refresh Box" for adding the missing balance is highlighted.)
Step 1: Log in to your Baji Live account successfully.
Step 2: On the top right or in the middle, next to the 'Main Wallet' balance, you will see a 'Refresh Box' or 'Transfer/Recover'.
Step 4: Click on this search/refresh button. The system will automatically find all remaining funds in your various game wallets and instantly add them to your Main Wallet.
