If your Baji account is registered with a +015 (Teletalk) number and you are not receiving the verification code (OTP) to verify your phone number or add a new number, there is no need to worry. SMS delivery issues can often occur with the Teletalk operator.

To solve this problem, you need to request to add a new or alternative phone number to your account.

Solution: Request to Add a New Number via Email

Since you are not receiving the code on your phone, you must send a request to us using your registered email.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the email address registered to your account.

  2. Compose a new email and enter our official support email as the recipient: support.bd@baji.live

  3. Copy the specific format given below, paste it into your email, and fill it with the correct information.

Please use the exact format below and fill in the information fields correctly:

Note: For security reasons, you must send the email from your registered email address. Requests sent from any other email will not be accepted.
