This article explains how VIP Points (VP) are earned across different products, how to redeem them for cash, and the important terms that apply to your VP balance.

How to earn VIP Points (VP)
VIP Points are calculated based on your Effective Turnover. Each product type earns a different amount of VP per 1 BDT of Effective Turnover. Note that bets placed on certain excluded games will not count towards VP.
VP earning rates by product
VIP Points are updated in your account within 30 minutes after placing a bet.

Example
If your Effective Turnover from Slots is 1,000 BDT, you will earn 1,400 VP — because 1 BDT = 1.4 VP (1,000 × 1.4 = 1,400 VP).
How to redeem VIP Points (VP)
Your VIP Points can be redeemed for cash at any time — redeem some or all of them, whenever you like. Upon successful redemption, the cash will be credited directly into your Baji account.
Steps to redeem your VP:
Log in to your Baji account.
Go to Profile.
Open the VIP Points section.
Select the VIP Instant Rebate option.
Click Claim.
Your VP will be converted to cash based on your current VIP tier and credited instantly to your account balance.

You can redeem VP for cash with no upper limit — as much as you want, whenever you want.
The minimum VIP point redemption requirement is 4,000 VP.
Once redeemed successfully, the cash amount is credited instantly to your Baji account balance.
Note: A minimum of 4,000 or more VIP points is required for redemption. However, this amount may vary depending on the player's VIP level. Please tell me your VIP level, and I will let you know how many points are required for your redemption.
VP-to-BDT conversion rate by VIP tier
The higher your tier, the fewer VP you need per BDT:

Expert (I, II, III) | 180 points = 1 Taka | Minimum 4,140 points required for Expert level redemption = 23 Taka. |
Master (I, II) | 160 points = 1 Taka | Minimum 4,000 points required for Master level redemption = 25 Taka. |
Grandmaster | 120 points = 1 Taka | Minimum 4,080 points required for Grandmaster level redemption = 34 Taka. |
Legend | 112 points = 1 Taka | Minimum 4,032 points required for Legend level redemption = 36 Taka. |
Mythic | 100 points = 1 Taka | Minimum 4,000 points required for Mythic level redemption = 40 Taka. |
Important terms & conditions
Example: If you are at the Elite level and have 4,180 VIP points, you will receive approximately 18 BDT when you redeem them. However, if you are at the Mythic level, you will receive 40 BDT for the same 4,000 VIP points.
