Please follow these simple steps to perform a password reset. This guide assumes you know your username. If you have forgotten your username, please refer to the username recovery procedures detailed below.
If you do not remember your Baji password, follow these recovery steps before attempting a password reset:
Step 1: Click on the 'Login' button on the Baji homepage and select 'Forgot Password'.
Step 2: Enter your "Username" and click the "Next" button, then select how you would like to reset your password.
Via Email: If you would like to reset your password via email, please click the Email button and enter the verified email address associated with your Baji account, then click the "Reset Password" button. After that, check your email for a random (temporary) password. If you do not receive the email in your inbox, please check your Junk/Spam folder.
Via Phone Number: If you would like to reset your password via phone number, please click the SMS button and enter the verified phone number associated with your Baji account, then click the "Reset Password" button. You will then receive a notification that your password has been changed — please check your phone (messages) for a random (temporary) password.
Step 3: Login to your account using the new random password. Please change the random password to your own password to ensure account security. Enter the random password and then enter your new password. Click ‘Submit’.
Note:
You must login into your account within 15 minutes after receiving the new random password, otherwise, the password will expire.
Reset password via SMS will not affect the request to reset password through Email. If you’re unable to reset the password via SMS, you can request to reset the password via email.
If you do not receive the reset code immediately, wait for 4-5 minutes and try again.
For email-based password resets, check your Promotions or Spam folders if the email is not in your inbox.
Always ensure you are using your registered phone number or email address.
