Wagering requirement, also known as Turnover requirement, is a multiplier that represents the number of times you have to play through a deposit or bonus before you can withdraw any winnings. Turnover requirements often apply to both bonus amounts and deposits, and players are required to meet these conditions before they can withdraw related winnings or the initial bonus amount.
Turnover requirements generally do not expire automatically. These requirements stay active until they are met through sufficient wagering activities or certain account conditions are met. Always ensure you meet the conditions to avoid misunderstandings later.
There are two situations:
1. Without applying for any promotion
For example: I made a deposit of 500 BDT without applying for any promotion. This means that I have to complete a 1x wagering requirement which is 500 BDT on any games, before I can withdraw any pending winnings gained.
2. Applying for a promotion
For example: I am given a 500 BDT casino bonus with 10x wagering requirements. This means that I have to bet at least 5,000 BDT on eligible games, before I can withdraw any pending winnings gained.
Automatic Clearance of Turnover Requirements
Turnover requirements can clear automatically under specific conditions:
Zero Balance Condition: When your account balance reaches exactly 0 and there are no pending bets and you cant play if balance is exactly 0.
Minimum Balance Threshold on Deposits: If your balance is below a certain threshold and all bets are settled, making a new deposit clears the requirement. This threshold may vary but could be as low as 1 unit in local currency.
Note: Stakes on some of our games may not count in full towards the wagering requirement, Standard Game Weightings may apply. Please always check the terms and conditions to clarify this.
Additionally, SLOT, FISHING, and CRASH games are eligible for turnover, but Play8 and WorldMatch SLOT games, as well as bets in Sports Exchange markets, are excluded for this purpose.
How to Track Turnover Requirements
To meet turnover requirements:
Check Turnover Balance: Log into your account and navigate to the Turnover section under the 'Active' tab.
Play Eligible Games: Focus on SLOT, FISHING, or CRASH games. Excluded games like Play8 or WorldMatch SLOTs do not count.
Calculate Remaining Turnover: Multiply the bonus value by its multiplier. For example, a 15x multiplier for a 100 bonus means 1,500 turnover is required.
Verify Completion: Refresh the app to address discrepancies or delays due to system maintenance.
Troubleshooting Turnover Issues
Turnover Not Updating: Log out and back in or refresh the app to ensure progress updates correctly.
Ineligible Games Played: Confirm bets were placed on eligible games by checking the betting history.
Promotion Rules Confusion: Review the terms specific to the promotion or consult the bonus section of your account.
