Why can’t I claim a bonus on Bake?
Some regions are currently not eligible for bonus rewards on Bake because all available bonuses in those areas have already been fully redeemed.
If this applies to your account, you’ll see a banner displayed above your dashboard. This banner indicates that bonuses such as referral rewards or Learn & Earn cannot be claimed.
Can I claim a bonus if I’ve moved and can prove a change of residency?
No. A change of residency does not currently make you eligible to receive bonuses again.
I see the banner but already received a bonus — do I need to return it?
No. If you received your bonus before the banner appeared, you will keep it. However, if you completed KYC but had not yet claimed the bonus, you are no longer eligible.
Are product rewards affected by this?
No. This only impacts bonus programs. Rewards earned through Bake products such as YieldVault, Staking, Liquidity Mining, and Freezer are not affected.
If I refer someone from a restricted region, will I still receive a referral bonus?
No. If the referred user is from a restricted region or from a region where bonuses have already been fully redeemed, no referral bonus will be granted — to either user.
Can I still use a partner voucher?
Yes. External rewards, such as those from partner vouchers, can still be redeemed even if bonuses are no longer available in your region.
